In recent years, helping TV programs has become more and more popular in the country's major televisions,which faced with our daily lives and grass roots. This helping TV programs are characterized by "people's livelihood, public service", based on help the ordinary people very well, do solid work, it has been recognized by the audience and expanded its influence and credibility, as a bridge of the masses, the masses and the government, and social services communication between departments.During the development progress of helping TV programs, it is not only record and reflect China's process of social change, but also are important participants and driving forces in social change. So, it is worth to thinking What kind of background of helping TV programs to produce and development? What kind of features it has? How to development of its current status in our country?
