So many universities and colledges have fully realized informationization. And this has become an important problem for universities to improve their management level, improve the comprehensive competitive power. In college, all kinds of information management system emerged endlessly. Web database technology has become the most widely used technique based on Web framework application system. Web provides users to the customer communication. So the construction of zhejiang hydropower college student management information system has become an important issue.Students' management system is the typical information management system (MIS), which mainly includes the establishment and the maintenance and front application program development. The former required data consistency and integrality, high security of database.
