Wenzhou Vocational And Technical Institute Of Educational Management System Design And Implementation

Educational Administration is the core of teaching management in Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College. One reason is that because of large amounts of data, they need to store, exchange, transfer and sharing to each other. When using single machine or manual mode, the consistency and integrity is difficult to certify, and also low efficiency and duplication of effort are bound to cause a lot of waste in staffs, money and materials. Therefore, the entire goal of our designing Educational Administration System will be used which is based on the existing campus network to realize Educational Administration in an integrated, digital, paperless management way. Newly designed system will not only cover the management of daily work, successfully complete the college teaching programs, course arrangements, course selection, results, status as a student transactions, but also a fundamental change in the past due to manual operation and a large number of files transfer to cause reduplicative work, errors and inefficiencies in order to effectively coordinate the existing teaching management in College.This article is written based on the factual requirement of Educational Administration in Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College, given attention to its general development in future, and designed, developed to select option of using C/S and B/S model in software development methods combined to each other to complete the Educational Administration System. The major activities include the following:1. Using of the system fundamentally changes entire hand-based arranging curriculums situation in the past for Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College. Arranging Curriculums Module is based on Genetic Algorithm for automatic arranging curriculums, complemented by manual adjustment of individuals, thus it greatly improves the efficiency of arranging curriculums. 2. In accordance with the current status, requirements and characteristics of Educational Administration in Wenzhou Vocational and Technical college, combining with comprehensive survey, thorough analysis, using software development technology combining C/S and B/S mode, the research can basically fulfill the working requirements and trait in downstage operation and background maintenance work in Educational Administration of Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College.The system was already test to run in Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College, basically satisfies the educational administration work, and will be further improved and perfected.
