Victory Vocational College Student Management System Design And Realization

Shengli Vocational College of Shandong Province is a full-time ordinary vocational college, which is set up by the People's Government Authorization of Shandong Province, served as a record by the Ministry of National Education, ,and hosted by Shengli Petroleum Bureau Administration. In recent years, under the enrollment policy of the university, the school continues to expand the scale, the number of the student increases sharply, the former ways of students'information management has been unable to meet the educational needs of the fast development of scale. So we urgently need a comprehensive, easy-to-use students'information management system to complete the students'information management tasks. This article will elaborate the design and implementation of the Students'Information Management System of the University.First, this thesis analyzes the background and significance of the development of the system, and describes the choice of the development model and development platform. Then the thesis introduces system requirements analysis carefully in accordance with the software engineering theory, according to the software project development process, and details the system design and implementation. Finally, the thesis illustrates the system tests. The following aspects are some important achievements that the thesis has obtained:(1)Identify functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the students'information management system in the demand analysis process;(2)Carry on the functional module division to the system, and design the system functional modules of low coupling and high cohesion for curriculum management, class management, performance management, course management, etc;(3)The system is divided into three-layer structure including the presentation layer, data layer and functional layer;(4)Design the system of security, so that the system has good security assurance.This students'information management system through the hard work has is a more reasonable and perfect function, it has improved the work quality and work efficiency of the students'management of our college effectively, it has certain promoter action to improve the quality of our students'management, The system has been affirmed by the majority of students and teachers and administrative staff in the application.
