Military training simulators started late, but rapid development, there are a large number of weapons simulation training systems and equipment, training in the armed forces played a significant role, the military has made great economic benefits. Shoulder weapons, small size, light weight, operational use and flexible, and thus by the armed forces attach great importance to the world, and a large number of armed forces. Shoulder to play combat arms depends largely on the shooter, this research and development of shoulder weapons training simulation system has become an urgent problem in military training. Most of the current shoulder-fired weapons simulation training barrel to the application of laser technology based, the technology is mature and can reach a certain training effect, but can not fully reflect the actual performance of arms (straight-line trajectory is difficult to simulate bending), can not meet the troops Training on simulators made higher, more comprehensive needs, with the scientific and technological development, more technology will be applied to the development of training simulators. This thesis project focused on solving the shoulder weapons, weapons simulation training posture positioning of the barrel, and how to use computer technology to achieve a reliable, portable weapons training for all of the simulator has a certain significance.To solve the above problems, the project team where I use a non-destructive testing technology and ultrasonic distance measurement techniques, and is usually associated with testing programs and standards, the establishment of a mathematical model of ultrasonic detection system, designed on this basis for the Ultrasonic array detection system to address the key issues of the attitude detection; Secondly, the use of microcontroller technology to achieve the detection system hardware, the use of the more popular high-level object-oriented language developed PC software and the use of assembly language to complete the lower computer software design, and made a lot of experiments, on the basis of the experimental algorithm is modified, and ultimately developed a complete set of shoulder-fired weapons posture detection system, the shoulder-fired weapons posture detection system has been used in the basic units, which greatly increase the training effect, by the troops home.
