In the project, system is divided into several parts: alarm terminal and alarm control centre. The LOC. is military telephone network which is broadly covered in army. The advantage of this means is saving cost because of need not building new transmission network..The hardware and software of alarm terminal and control centre are separately designed, installed and debugged. Alarm terminal is composed with Modem chip and Single-chip. It accomplishes the functions such as alarm signal checking, autodial and send alarm message. It is not only cheap but also perfect and work steady. The control centre use modem and computer to realize functions of server. The cooperation of hardware and software realizes receiving alarm signal automatically, treating and displaying alarm signal, registering accident case and computerized management of information etc. Because of the advantages of functions and costs, if equip this alarm system in every military subarea of Guizhou Province, not only can realize the alarm function, but also can retrench military expenses.In the common use, how to take advantage of existing computer and communication technology to realize the auto meter reading system and community security management has been a hotspot. So this single-chip device which provide the alarm and communication function will be developed well along the standard of living's improving.
