According to the assessment criteria and unified process, the author aims to complish the information security common service quality management component in the frame of Liferay the Portal, makes a detailed analysis which includes the feasibility analysis for the government to government, army, large enterprises and any other organization in order to test, evaluate and train the validation information system and information security product safety. Futhermore, this thesis provides the information security product safety certification, designs the detail development plan, and put forword the development of quality management component. Then this thesis analyses security common service quality management in accordance with the service quality management module components (operators portal, providers portal and customer portal) , tests the basic four large modules, which are comprehensive evaluation,evaluation of setting, appraisal group settings and relationship between service and evaluation setting, and then confirms the service quality management component function. In the end, the author summarizes and forecastes the Liferay the Portal technology and individual job prospects.
