The core module of the platform mainly has content management, competence capabilities, RSS functions and business system integration. The platform framework is advanced four-storey building divides application function into expression layer, business logic layer, support layer, data layer, segments the four layers clearly, makes it independent in terms of logic. The platform operating environment is the Linux system. Operation and platform is Zope and Plone system.Gaomi civil affairs e-government platform has been applied to Gaomi site group construction.
