Along with the Internet technology rapid development,the system of the government of Songbei has been unable to meet the needs.At present,the management function of the system is simple,the operation process is complex,the use of technology is relatively backward,the system in the planning and technical aspects of the need for a significant increase.In order to enable managers to easily achieve the government website information release,information screening,convenient management,rapid mass information transmission and sharing of resources,this thesis puts forward scheme design and implementation of content management system in e-government system of Songbei..Firstly,this thesis analyzes the current development and usage of e-government system,and then discusses the requirement of the system in detail based on the analysis of the current situation.The main requirements of the system include personal information management,content management,system maintenance module,configuration management,data management,template management and web site configuration management,etc..In this thesis,we discussed the system design plan after the discussion of the sufficient demand.The system uses a typical three layer structure,which is divided into presentation layer,business logic layer and data layer.The system design is the UI part of the system,which is responsible for the interaction between the user and the whole system.The business logic layer is the core of the whole system,and the system of business,Web services and other kinds of processing control services,data storage layer and business logic layer through jdbc communication operation,duties,between the three layers the structure is clear,convenient maintenance and modification.The specific implementation methods and processes of the system are given in the realization of the thesis,the language used to java based,database using Sql Server 2008 Microsoft.The system has a safe and reasonable access control,regardless of the infor mation release personnel and management personnel who have a network can be directly through the collection,editing,publishing.System for static page generation technology to generate the final html,to improve the efficiency of access to relevant information,and has flexible and convenient navigation,using a user friendly interface,universal and efficient release mechanism,effective security mechanism,to provide a reliable guarantee for the website construction and maintenance.At last,the test me thod and process of the system are discussed.After a comprehensive system of testing,the development of the system through the full function test and performance test,the system has been put into use,after several months of trial operation,the system has achieved the expected goal.
