B / S Mode, The Integrated Financial Management System Under Study

With maturation and promotion of internet technologies, foreign enterprises began to use advanced IT in particular computer network technology based on internet technology to promote enterprise informatization construction vigorously. By taking these measures, they wanted to realize remote processing, information sharing, centralized management, decentralized management, got the advantage among contest, and continued to grow and develop. Financial management is an important part of operating management depending on corporate financial information management system; by catalyzing capital movement and financial relationship involved in capital movement, financial management comprehensively reflect and control the process of all major business and management for financial projections and decision-making, giving full play to planning and management, adjusting timely for the emerging situation and problems to facilitate enterprises to improve their business.This thesis focused on analysis, design, implementation and testing process of the integrated enterprise financial management information system based on B/S mode, describing how to use software development technology, advanced system program development environment and database technology to design small financial management information system according to the requirements of modern business requirements. First it introduced research background of this subject, financial informatization status, purpose, meaning and main research content; in second section it described the Web services technology, technical superiority, development prospect, introduced the development mode of financial management system and select a B/S model-based system as the development system of this system; then it introduced the system architecture used in (B/S mode) system and selected the appropriate development tools, programming languages, technical architecture and database design tools, analyzed the need of financial information management system, designed general structure of system, used UML method for system modeling, achieved the system's use case diagram, sequence diagram, state diagrams, and designed a database for system demand, including design of database tables, view and stored procedure; Finally, on the basis of system analysis and design, it made full use of ASP.NET technology for specific implementation of system functional module, including the system's login screen, administrator information module, income and expenditure information module, receivable and payment module, financial statistics module and then describe the realization of Web interface and function code design;it also tested the function of financial information management system and explain the function of system's main module in detail.
