Emerging payment which may replace traditional bank card, with rapid development of challenges greatly the traditional businesses of bank card and market place of China Unionpay. To consolidate and strengthen China Uniopay's leading position of interbank switching, China Uniopay strategicly decided to get into this field to maintain a competitive advantage in this area, provides transaction processing and reprovides transaction processing and related value added services cover all present emerging payment and public payment areas, by constructing multi access payment platform and integrating China Uniopay interbank switch and clear system, facing acquirers,service provider,business and bank card holder.Multi access payment platform is not only an important part of China Uniopay bank card interbank switching and clearing systems, but also a significant platform for developing innovative businesses by China Uniopay. The key issue of this system construction is to design multi access payment platform which is a safe, efficent, stable and can meet the market development needs fast. With supporting variety of payment access method, variety of communication message, all kinds of transaction data processing, and varies communication protocols. moreover, with collecting all related system of China Uniopay branches and transaction type and transaction volume growing, multi access payment platform would under severe pressure on the performance tests and load, which is a great challenge to the system designing.On the aspect of designing and developing multi access payment platform,firstly the thesis systematically analyzes and concludes the businesses needs operated by multi access payment platform. Secondly, on the basis of above analysis, general architecture design of multi access payment platform is proposed, and focusing on the technical architecture of the online transaction process subsystem and batch transaction process subsystem, which are the core parts of this system, and some key technologies such as supporting for multi message format,inter-process communication etc that system operation needs.Thirdly, the design and implement of functionality modules foronline transaction process subsystem and batch transaction process subsystem,some key functions are achieved. Last, test proved the system has good performance and scalability.Multi access payment platform successfully applied on production line in January 8, 2010, and system runs fine.The implement of system architecture and key technologies discussed in the thesis could be widely applied, which is a good reference for bank to develop Intermediary business systems.
