Highway is the inevitable production of economic development. The building of highway toll system reflects the traffic of a country and regional level of development, as well as the overall level of economic development. At present the construction of highway is fast, highway toll system changes very fast too, charging method is toward fast, accurate, fair and efficient continuously forward. But now there are some problems on highway toll, such as the exit of toll being traffic blockage and so on. This system combining semi-automatic highway toll system and ETC, which have been achieved in recent years, solves the transport bottleneck, and increases driving speed, avoids congestion, improves the efficiency of toll. This toll system improves disadvantages of the old charging method with maximize, As the highway network is a overall and unified charging system, vehicles unhindered access within the road network, it is the inevitable trend of system development charges.In this paper, according to reform implementationthe with national highway network and the construction of highway toll system in Yunnan province, as well as experience of national highway toll system development, combined with today's technology trends, descripe the highway toll system design, key technology and technical details, proposed improvement program about having not lightning protection system and recognition system aging in commissioning stages of the system. The first chapter overviews Kunming Shi highway toll system, and introduces national highway toll system. The second chapter introduces the composition and principle of highway toll system and the key factors of Kun Shi highway design, corresponding parameters are described in detail. The third chapter, Kun Shi highway toll system is designed in detail. The fourth chapter propose improvement program about having not lightning protection system and recognition system aging in commissioning stages of the system after 5 years and complete a program of toll collection system planning and design technology projects. The last chapter described and summarized the implementation of this project and the use of feedback.This system analysises and devises magnetic semi-automatic and ETC electronic charging system against the status and characteristics of highway toll system. The system devide into three levels:drive level, stations, and central level. From the strict management and stop cheating the objective, each level are analyzed and devised in detail, and the technical difficulties are described in detail.Toll revenue and raising the level of operational management after card toll system, this toll system reached the expected results basically, achieved remarkable economic and social benefits. |
