The array signal is an important branch of the modern signal processing, its essence is the use of the sensor array with spatial scattered arrangement and the multi-channel receiver to get the multi-dimensional information of the time domain and the air domain, which achieves the goal of monitoring the signals and extracting their parameters. The parameter estimation of the array signal is that it extracts the signal parameter which needs in the output signal of the sensor under the noise jamming environment, according to certain criterion and the method.The use of the vector sensor array has been greatly enhanced the ability of the array signal processing, compares with the ordinary scalar sensor array. The basic question of the array signal processing is the determination the spatial signals direction or the position, which simultaneously occupies in spatial some one region, namely the realization of the signal resolution and the localization that is the DOA estimate question which often said, which also is one of the important tasks of the radar, the sound navigation and ranging, the communication and other detection systems; Another problem is that it carries on the selective trade-offs in the spatial signals which interested in spatial some one region, that is the air domain filter, That is, to enhance the signal of interest, filters out information which does not need.Because the wideband signal has the advantage that target echo carries large amount of information, the reverberation background relevance is weak. It is advantageous in the goal examination, parameter estimate and target characteristic extraction. The wideband signal is increasingly used in the active detection system. Therefore this paper mainly carries on the wideband signal processing in the basis of the sound vector array.In the DOA estimate of the wideband signal, we scan centralism direction of the signal sketchily, then separately carry on focusing processing in centralism direction of the signal in order to determine the source direction; In the beamforming of the wideband signal, we improve the resolution that use the tap method in the frequency domain processing method. Lastly, the paper confirms its performance through the computer software simulation.
