University students and teachers should properly use campus network to look for knowledge. Unfortunately, there are still some flaws in proper use, so administrators must carry out follow-up accurately measures for improvement and future work by identifying what factors affecting consumer's use of campus network..Based on reviews and information collected, this study combines the theory of "Customer satisfaction" and the empirical research to provide a theoretical framework that is valuable for practice.With the data collected and analysis from SPSS statistical software, the author finally concludes what factors affecting consumer's use of campus network and comes to University campus network users (customers) satisfaction model of kmust to give out suggestions.The article is divided into five parts:the first part is for introduction, introduces the starting point for thesis writing and thesis writing methods. The second part is the customer satisfaction theory and the brief review of relevant literature. Part three is about modeling and assumptions making, setting up the model of University campus network users (customers) satisfaction and making assumptions. Part four is empirical research, including questionnaire data recovery and analysis and getting the results of data analysis on university campus network users (customers) satisfaction. Part five comes to the University campus network users (customers) satisfaction model and analyzes the influencing factors from the results of data analysis, then gives management suggestions for the campus network management departments.
