Move Two Networks, Electronic Voting System Based On The Ssh Architecture Design

The tendency of developing mobile e-goverment and the requirement of combining the Three-in-One network, especially the integration of the CMMB and the TD-SCDMA standard, which are the two intellectual property of our own country have made it possible to develop mobile e-voting system based on the CMMB and the TD-SCDMA network. Acording to a blind signature protocol based on RSA Public key cryptography system, this thesis applys requirement analysis and system design, completes the web application framework based on Struts, Spring and Hibernate within J2EE platform, and finally achieves the coding of key compoments and fundamental modules in accordance with the Object-Oriented modeling technology. By submitting a programme of electronic voting with the consideration of security, stabilization, economy and conveniece, the conclusion is positve for both increase of election efficiency and decrease of digital divide, which are the critical issues in the e-voting filed at present.
