This system is a online votingsystem that based on the J2EE. In view of the network popularization development now,the system is based on B/S structure, a concise and efficient, flexible operation. After asurvey of demand and the research of the similar system, the project developed a largenumber of practical functions, combine with various structure of managementinformation system, a fully functional online voting system was accomplished. Thesystem has realized from the generated vote to vote, to collect and statistical results of abusiness process, with the advantages of independent business areas, is a professional tobe responsible for the management of the voting system.This paper introduces the design and implementation of online voting managementsystem process, including the background database, business logic, and the front deskpage shows the design and implementation. This system based on JSP+Servlet+DAOand MySQL MVC architecture pattern, the JSP page is responsible for collecting userrequests the data content and display system, the Servlet is responsible for the processof the whole system and the business logic control, handling user requests and makecorresponding responses, the DAO is responsible for the back-end data model, theprocessing of the MySQL database is responsible for storing relevant data information.Page layout based on HTML, DIV and CSS styles, the local effect also used the js andjquery support page.Online voting system can be applied to many aspects of our daily life, the company voted to solicit opinions from the employees, for example, online voting, online publicopinion survey, large-scale data statistics and so on. Therefore, the development of theonline voting system has important practical significance.
