Based Vocational College Students In The Web Performance Management System Design And Realization

In recent years, with the scale of Vocational and Technical College expanding constantly, the number of students increases sharply. So a modern system in information management is replacing the traditional hand-putting-in way. Modern network of the students'grades management is an important part of teaching system. It can both increase the efficiency and inprove the management level of such schools.The subject is to study the management system of Web-based platform, which is the unification of the Internet technology and the development methodology of information management systems. This system is based on the Windows Server 2003 platform + IIS6.0, designed and implemented by using dynamic website ASP technology and SQL Server 2000. As a result, this system ensures the management of the departments, curriculum, professors, classes and students. What is more,database backup is also available.First of all, the system are analied and designed based on the development methods of the management information system. This system is aimed to increase the management of students'grades in vocational colleges. With detailed investigation and research for the client's needs, based on the analysis of the organizational structure, existing system, business process and data flow, we have designed the logic model and physical model of the new students' grades management system, and achieved all of the expected features.Secondly, the modules are People-oriented .Thirdly, this system has a better error detection function. when we input the informations of students, errors such as the number is repeated or blank, or the blank of name, are tested in client. Tips will be given when the data are uploaded which will avoid wrong informations. It ensures the effectiveness of data. Tables in the Database provide the necessary restraint and check the integrality of the data to ensure the data is valid and consist.Finally, this system provides the feature of database backup, which is convenient for the database management. Thanks to the independent development, we can save the funds, and it's convenient to upgrade and repair.
