Development And Implementation, Personnel Management System Based On J2ee Architecture

With the continuous development of information in our country and requirement for the information of the people is increased continuously.The archive, as one of an important carrier of the information, makes the traditional handicraft management method can not meet the high-efficient management requirement nowadays.Therefore, in virtue of advanced IT technology, turning the traditional handicraft management style to the digital management style has already become an urgent requirement in archive management department.Based on adequate investigation and analysis of theories and practical problems about archives, this thesis mainly includes the research of system operation flow, system data stream, system structure, system function module designing and database designing etc. Besides, the depiction of correlative developing technology, such as DOCT, J2EE, STRUTS framework, UML and other technology difficulties is also included in the thesis.The project is included deeply research about management theory of archives and computer technology, modeling of EAMS based on J2EE, system designing, developing and implement. The completion of EAMS provided a set of advanced, secure, integrated and whole-process managing mode. It has important practical significance to solve informationization problems of national archives management presently.In this thesis, archives management system based on J2EE is introduced wholly. Archives work knowledge involved in developing process of archives management system is analyzed. How to keep and utilize archives information in each carrier type and problem and how to convert data mode appeared in the archives data information-based process are introduced. In generally, this research is to reduce the work load in archives management and to deal with multi-archives style carrier problem radically.
