Along with the development of the market, more variety, small batch production of individual has become the major needs,In order to win customers,the enterprise must have the capacity of meeting the individual demands of ths customer, that is being able to get the cutomoer's demanding message timely. That means the it is necessary to change the rightnow production style to customization production. This paper studies a customer-oriented product customization system.which can achieve customer information timely and change into enterprise producing information ,in order to seize the customer demand, reduce design development time for the realization of manufacturing according to customer order basis.Based on the analysis and comparison of existing enterprise product customization system functions, with consideration of today's social management requirements of product customization, a customer-oriented object-based product customization systems is presented, base on Modular product design and standardization, universal components as customer-oriented product customization system design.The system adopted the thought of custom-oriented and the method of Web service technology and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and realised the transformation between the configuration of customized product and product structure and deploy management.Thus we can construct technological and applicant system of shuttle-like product.The thesis introduced an enterprise product system for universal use.The result showed that it solved the current problem of enterprises and made them step further on the road of informationization,realising the intermingle between customized information and product information.
