Henan Aluminum Human Resource Management Online Recruitment System Design And Implementation

With the development of the markete eonomy and highed education,the demand of applying jobs of graduates grows switfly.How universities offer occupation informationg how to help students to hold the opportunity of getting jobs accurately are are problems which need to be studied and solved urgently.Developing a matching system of graduate occupation double direetion choosing,that use the intemet to connect graduates and enterprises,is an available soluation.The main part of the thesis gives a detailed implementing process of the occupation choosing systems based on the Internet using J2EE which is a mature platform of developing Web applications. At last, the text analies the realities of the current situation of Henan aluminium Co.,Ltd for the needs analysis, the system design, partition of every function module,detailed design , database design and concrete realization and so on that was explained detailly.On the base of the human resources management system design and detailed implementation, we test environment set up for different testing the function and the capability of the system adopted the test tools. Finally, some conclusions and perspectives are presented.
