| Since the nineties of the twentieth century, workflow technology has been a new hotspot in the field of computer application. An embedded study on workflow technology is helpful to improve the integration of enterprise information and carry out the re-preparation of core business in the enterprise. It is also helpful for us to study the core of workflow as follows: definition, early warning and control in the administration process.In this system, a B/S structure was constituted using ASP.Net as development tool. Then, administration platform of modern enterprise for user requirement is developed using administration platform based on web workflow engine, information process and analysis object as intermediate layer, and three levels structure development mode, thus, which makes fire-new development thought of self-definition be realized. Furthermore, function in administration platform is given full play by using Sql server 2005 network debase.The workflow engine in the system includes three parts: process definition tools, process operation management tools and process operation system. The process definition tools is used to describe the enterprises'practical business process .It can clear sub-tasks and target, allocation specific staff to implement specific tasks. The process operation management tools are applied to the statistical analysis, the implementation of monitoring and tracking. The process operation system can automate the process definition, sent task information to designated personnel automatically.By investigating the business in Dahe zhizuo group and understanding and studying present different popular enterprise administration platform, I think that the main changes required for administration platform software are as follows: office process, the document format and business flow control etc. Original program need not change to solve problem only providing self-definition function of variables of user business process and document formats etc. |
