Cadres In Beichuan County, Psychological Assistance And Consulting Information Systems Analysis And Design

The 5.12 Wen Chuan earthquake was a heavy blow to Bei Chuan's economy, politics and culture. The government cadre took a terrible beating. This paper based on the party & government net and the psychological theories, combines the main task and specialty. Meanwhile, the mental aid consultant system is designed. So the job about mental care to government cadre goes more to the pertinence.This paper is divided into two parts: survey on spot and design. The methods like literature review, questionnaire and comparative analysis are adopted to research the status and problems about Bei Chuan government cadre. By using these methods, some government cadre's mental problems have been traced back; it is the foundation of the whole system. In the part of design, each functional module is laid out by using the modularization method. At last the data base is designed by the database 3–Layer, and the ASP.NET is used to make the system works well. The system is made of the system navigation module, the user operation module, the specialist operation module, blog module and the backstage management module. And the system can work on the data base construction, the on line mental test, the on line psychological consultant, upload, download and information management. Generally, the system can basically reach users'needs.The research of this paper will be applied on the cross subject study about psychology and software engineering.
