With the rapid development of aviation industry, the guarantee on various types of communication and navigation facilities is continuously reinforced, which accordingly requires the technical support staff to make a continuous adjustment and update of the maintenance items. Therefore, electronic management method becomes an important choice for security operation. Based on the current situation of security operation of our country as well as of Technical Support Department of Air Traffic Management (Shandong) Branch, we deploy the research and development of security operation platform that takes J2EE as the technical architecture.Based on making a full analysis of current situation and future development trend of similar security operation platform at home, as well as in combination with the current situation of security operation of Technical Support Department, Air Traffic Management (Shandong) Branch, this Paper firstly elaborates the function of the system by modularizing the systematic function; itemizing the business process of the whole system; drafting the case diagram and sequence diagram for typical use of the system, and making a formalized description of such major functional modules by virtue of the case; then makes an in-depth analysis onto the business functional demand of the system, and accordingly defines the functional and performance demand of the system. After making a detailed comparison among several mainstream architectures, this Paper conducts the architecture design of the system and fixes the technical architecture taking J2EE as the system. Secondly, this Paper makes a detailed analysis of the system by expatiating on the realization of right management; giving the systematic concept design, logic design and physical design of database, as well as making the system modeling and database design for all functional modules. Finally, regarding the development and adoption of the security operation platform, this Paper advances several key issues encountered in the process of the system implementation and corresponding solutions, as well as gives the core code for corresponding functions; and then conduct the test on the performance and function of the system to prove that the system reaches the expected design objective and functional requirements.The system reserves the following features: higher operating efficiency and security due to overall adoption of J2EE architecture; the architecture combination of Struts+Hibernat+EXT+DWR is adopted, Struts realizes the MVC mode, which is of clear structure and makes the developer to focus on the realization of business logic and improve the efficiency of development; Hibernate reaches the translation of relational database to the object, which makes the system to be of better transplantation; besides, Ext and JQuery are incorporated into JS library, which easylize enriches the customers' experience.
