This thesis provides a systematic description of the flight data by means of analyzing and inducing Flight involves in many aspects including the management, technology, teaching, and so on. As flight is a very special vocation with high risks, the datamation of every aspect involved in it should be met with high standards. Therefore, this thesis aims at providing supports for the function of datamation through synthesis, classification, screening, renewal, inquiry, and deletion on the flight data. Although there are various types of data, the discussion in this thesis mainly focuses on how to quantize each module involved in new instructor pilots'training and teaching which makes it faster and more convenient to monitor the teaching process of the new instructor pilots. For instance, the time, place and contents of the theoretical training could be recorded, discussed and then quantized so that the monitoring teacher could make appropriate assessment on each index of the new instructor pilots by analyzing the recorded data. Meanwhile, data involved in the five modules of flight skill training, flight instructor license test, ground instruction, flight instruction, and accomplished teaching tasks could also be correspondingly recorded. There are so many datamation systems with regard to civil aviation, but the data base used to record the data of new instructor pilots'training and teaching has not been perfected. Therefore, this thesis attempts to complete the current insufficiency of the data base from the perspective of data system designing which could make it convenient for the new instructor pilots to use this system.This system is divided into three major modules: user registration and login module, inquiry module, and system management module. The software used in this system is JSP which is developed in the concept of structural design. This thesis introduces the original intention and background of the development of the recorded system, the developing tools, the detailed procedures of structural development, and the necessary schematic instructions of dataflow and functional structure diagrams. This system provides a platform for the monitoring teacher to get latest information about the new instructor pilots. Meanwhile, problems existing in the teaching course of the new instructor pilots could be found out by means of analyzing the system data.There are several reasons for why such a data system has been developed. Firstly, information management is universally applied depending on the professional systematized and datamation platform. Secondly, since more and more data have been involved, labor intensity of manual record has been dramatically increased which may result in the reduction of accuracy, bad data confidentiality and unclear access classification. What is more, paper materials are not easy to be kept and data on those materials are difficult to be searched when they are needed. The transformation from paper materials to systematical recording not only remarkably reduces workloads, but also perfects the preservation of data and makes it more convenient to find out the desired information in a very short period of time. In fact, the recorded contents are almost the same, but the proficiency of each instructor pilot varies. Therefore, this system is qualified to record various different data involved in the same item.
