Along with the continuous promotion of the construction of 3G networks by the three major domestic operators, there are more and more mobile intelligent terminal products based on the application of high-speed mobile networks. PDA, as one of mobile intelligent terminal products, has been widely applied in technology, services, military and other industries. There are many advantages of PDA, such as small size, low power consumption, strong function and easy development, and so on. In this context, with the combination of "micro-kernel-based modular memory Embedded Database Management System" project, this thesis discusses how to develop embedded databases communication synchronization systems in the CDMA2000-based network environment, focusing on achieving the client's data storage, database access interface and data communication synchronization functions. Moreover, it makes a detailed study of the client-side technology and the process of realization.This thesis mainly develops through the following steps. Firstly, it clarifies Windows Mobile platform and the associated development environment of the client communication in developing the embedded database synchronization system. Secondly, it completes the migration of a SQLite database in Windows Mobile platform, and through test procedures to verify its correctness. Then, on the basis of an in-depth study of the SQLite API, it realizes the SQLite database access interface through package, which greatly improves the efficiency of database applications and enhances the flexibility of the code. Moreover, it can use database access classes to develop a warehouse inventory system,achieve the query,insert,delete,and other operate functions. At last, according to application requirements of embedded database communication synchronization systems, it designs four modules in the client side, that is, data upload, HTTP upload, data download, HTTP download. Besides, through the order interaction with the server, it accomplishes the function of two-way data transmission to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data transmission.The last step is to test the client functional modules to achieve the expected goal. All these modules are being put into practical environment for evaluation.
