Nowadays, it is an age of the information technology and networking. All sectors put forward higher requirements on the information technology and networking. Besides, the understanding of the information technology and networking upgrades from the mere knowledge of a digital to the union of digital technology, networking and wireless technology. With the large-scale promotion of 3G technology, wireless network make a better foundation of the network and it is easier for the realization of the data transmission of mobile terminal and center server.Based on China Telecom's CDMA2000 networks, this thesis examines and implements related functions of the sub-system server-side in embedded database synchronous communication system. It mainly contains the data-receiving and synchronous data storage systems based on relational database. Moreover, based on APP Engine platform, it realizes the data-receiving and synchronous data storage systems, data download module, and data breakpoint resume modules and so on.First of all, this thesis introduces the related theories, platforms and technologies which can realize the server in embedded database synchronous communication systems. Secondly, while the server uses the multi-threading technology to accept a multi-client connection request and receive the data uploaded from the client-side, it examines two methods of storing the data, relational database and the data storage center in APP Engine, which adopt ADO database access technology and the union of JDO technology and APP Engine platform to achieve the storage of the data separately. Thirdly, according to the actual demand in the process of applying an embedded database synchronous communication system, it also designs and implements the data download module and the data breakpoint resume module in the server-side. Thus, this design increases the practicability of the embedded database synchronous communication system and the efficiency and the reliability of the data transmission. Moreover, it does functional tests for all modules used to realize the server in the embedded database synchronous communication system.This thesis has two characteristics:one is the diversity of the data storage methods. It introduces the data storage method of Google Cloud Computing platform, which combines the JDO database access technology to accomplish the storage of the data in the APP Engine platform. The other is the interactive node of the complex commands to achieve the functions, such as data reception, data download and data breakpoint resume, and so on.
