MIMI system is a new technique in wireless communication. It can Dramatically increase the Frequency Efficiency and channel capacity by setting up multiple antennas at both sending and receiving. However, the application of MIMO system is confined for the spatial and temporal correlation. The thesis concerns the validity of MIMO system with spatial and temporal correlation via analyzing the MIMO channel model. The main contribution is described as follows:The first chapter is an introduction of the background and significance of the research in the thesis. Include:the history of the MIMO technology the research current situation and the developing prospect;MIMO technology's merit and limitation;the cause of MIMO technology can improves channel capacity. And technologies with MIMO relevanceThe second chapter establishes the MIMO channel model on the basis of information theory.and the chapter have pointed out the essence of information capacity. The theory of Shannon basis of wave channel is the basic of MIMO channel capacity. The third chapter deduce the usually expressions of MIMO channel capacity, and establish and deduce the corresponding channel capacity in fading channel of the quick, blocking and slow models. Analysis and compare the channel capacity in the different conditions by computer simulation and draw some results. At the same time, it analyzes the methods to obtain the channel state information nowadays. Secondly, two power loading policies are presented and relevant conclusions about the capacity and performance are given behind some simulation assumptions.While the chapter establish the channel model of the spatial and temporal correlation. And deduce channel capacity on the impact of the spatial and temporal correlation in the condition of Rayleigh fading.It establishes Keyhole-effectiveness of a transmission channel model and derives its channel capacity.and get the simulation results under different conditionsThe fourth chapter researches the channel capacity of frequency selective.the capacity of the MIMO-OFDM system is derived from this model with Rician fading of equivalent families. The last chapter summarized the main research aspect on the papers. It also expounded the direction of future papers.
