Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) technology, which can improve the channel capacity and the symbol rate, is a very advantageous solution to meet the increasing requirements of wireless communications. However, MIMO technology is vulnerable to non-linear channel and multipath channel. MIMO-CPM system, which combines MIMO technology with continuous phase modulation (CPM), is the best way to resist channel nonlinearity. But few scholars have studied the application of MIMO-CPM systems to frequency selective fading channel. In this paper, the key techniques of multi-antenna systems based on Minimum Shift Keying (MSK) modulation are studied. This paper also simulates the frequency selective multipath channel and the simulation performance of the systems over the channel.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) The characteristics and development of MIMO technology are studied.It is found that the two important challenges of MIMO technology are how to resist the non-linear channel and frequency selective fading channel. Under this premise, the MIMO-CPM system, which is the most suitable for resisting non-linearity, is studied, and it is clear that the research goal of this paper is using MIMO-CPM systems over frequency selective fading Channel. In order to better apply to the actual system, this paper select Minimum Shift Keying (MSK) as the main research object.(2) The key technology of MIMO-MSK system is studied, especially the space-time coding technique and the equalization technique. After studying the time domain equalization technique suitable for short delay channel and the frequency domain equalization technique suitable for long delay channel, we chose the Orthogonal Space-Time Code and Space-Time Block Code combined with the two equalization techniques respectively, and designed two sets of adaptive equalization MIMO-MSK systems using in short time delay channel and longtime delay channel.(3) According to the system characteristics and specific application scenarios, designed the frame structure and other parameters. In the Matlab simulation platform, simulated the performance of the two systems over four specific channels.(4) For some common interference factors in wireless communication,simulated the anti-interference ability of the two systems.
