China's Minorities, The Right Of Higher Education Study

The right to receive higher education is one of the most important basics for the survival and the free development of human. According to the development of human society and the improvement of the law, the importance of this right has been approved and regarded widely. However, because of the historical reasons, the natural conditions and other related factors, the situation of the right to receive higher education for ethnic group in China is not so ideal. Meanwhile, it also has adverse effects on the economical development of those areas.In recent years, the right to receive higher education for ethnic group has come into focus again, with many argues among it. In such situation, making deep research on this topic, finding out the relationships between each other and providing useful countermeasures will be extremely urgent and meaningful.This article studies this problem from both theoretical and practical sides, in order to provide some advice for the development of the ethnic group in China.This article is consist of four parts. In the 1 st part, there are some brief introductions of this topic. In the 2nd part, the recent situation of ethnic group's right to receive higher education in China will be introduced. In the 3rd part, the reasons for the above situations will be discussed. In the last part, some pieces of advice for improving the situation will be given.
