Education is very important. Education involves the foundation of our country, can not be ignored at any time. The rapid development in the society and the integration trend bring a new embarrassment to the study of minority languages. Researching on it is not only helpful to the national culture inheritance and the development of ethnic education, but also good for social development in ethnic minority areas and the stability of ethnic relations. Some scholars have noted this problem, and have been described some difficulty of bilingual education, discussed on how to improve the quality of ethnic education through changing some teaching methods. However, most of the current research regards the bilingual education as a transition path or tool. They put little thought on the deep meaning of the national language or social factors behind the conflict attitude with respect to the national language. As the old saying goes:"people who live at Chu, speak Chu's language, live at Qi, speak Qi's language". Language can not be divorced from the social structure, economic situation and cultural background. Language Variation reflects and carries a variety of information on social and cultural change. To explore the issue of minority languages, we should study the social and cultural context, the influencing factors and the historical trajectory.
