The twenty-first century society is an informational society, is a computer science very popular time, citizens must have a high mathematical attainments to live in this economy and the information high-speed advanced society requires. Because mathematics is contacted with computer closely, particularly it is closely in the algorithm of knowledge and computer combination .Each computer program can successfully run both the need for a rigorous algorithm as its compiler basis. If we compare computer science to a skyscraper, then the algorithm is its foundation. If there is no control algorithm wanted this tower stands not possible. Obviously that the algorithm plays an important role in the informational society in the future.Algorithm not only in mathematics and computer science, it contains the rich thought they extended the algorithm in various fields of science among other disciplines for the development of which have played a certain role in promoting. Thinking of ordering algorithm makes problem-solving process more clear, more clear and logical, and thought of the algorithm also opened up a effective way to solve the problem. Algorithm, the algorithm implied in thinking of the rich is being extended in various scientific fields. It is playing a certain role in promoting the development of other disciplines.Thought of the algorithm is《high school mathematics curriculum standards》(test) clearly come to permeate the entire high school mathematics curriculum, the algorithm can be seen thinking in high school mathematics curriculum and teaching high school mathematics plays an important role. By way of issuing questionnaires to understand the current penetration in high school mathematics curriculum in the case method of teaching. Overall, the current penetration method, teachers did not pay attention to teaching thinking of the algorithm, most of that difficult to achieve, but also by a number of objective factors. Through researching of existing literature, summarized the scientific value of algorithm thinking, teaching and cultural value.2. Through literature review and theoretical study of the main features of the thinking of algorithm. That process, comprehensive and extensive application.3. Described "high school mathematics curriculum standards" (experiment) the requirements of the algorithm is thinking, about their integration into the whole high school math curriculum. The same time, the College Entrance Examination in recent years to study, draw the college entrance examine the characteristics of the thinking of the algorithm.4. This study focuses on mathematical knowledge in which ideas penetrate algorithm. Be discussed from two aspects: the compulsory part of the infiltration and the elective part of the infiltration, and detailed a number of areas: the concept of learning in the infiltration study in the formula in the infiltration.5. Another focus of this study is how high school math teaching method thought.
