With the rapid development of modern information technology, Algorithm as the core of the computer technology, more and more country pay a lot of attention on it. The algorithm ideology also becomes a mathematical literacy that modern peoples should have. The new curriculum standard of china not only requires students to master the basic knowledge of the algorithm, but also requires the algorithm ideology that always throughout the whole high school mathematics. But how algorithm ideology can be penetrate in teaching of the front-line teachers in the end? What modules can penetrate algorithmic thinking knowledge? How can the algorithm ideology been penetrated in teaching such problems almost no one study on these. Based on the finishing status quo of previous studies, I conducted a survey and research for the algorithm ideology in math teaching. Through questionnaires and interviews, found the following problems in the teaching of the algorithm:1. Teachers think that the algorithm in a subordinate position in math teaching, so given insufficient attention.2. Algorithm ideology penetrated in teaching is very optimistic.3. Teachers are not comprehensive enough understanding of the concept of algorithm.4. The teachers teaching emphasis and difficulty positioning on algorithm is not very accurate.5. Efficiency is not high on the training of teachers.6. What is the difference between mathematics and information technology requirements of the algorithm teaching is Ambiguous.Based on the above problems found in the survey, through interviewed with the front-line teachers, and communicated with experts in this field, I put forward the following suggestions, hoping to give some reference of teachers in the teaching of the algorithm.1. Emphasis on the teaching of the algorithm ideology.2. Ongoing penetration of the algorithm ideology in math teaching.3. Put the algorithm knowledge which conform to Junior high school students’ Cognitive level in junior high school mathematics classroom.4. Promote the diversification of the contents of the algorithm teaching evaluation methods.5. Give relevance and level of training for teachers.6. Focus on the effective integration of the algorithm in mathematics and information technology.Due to the author’s own capacity constraints and other aspects, suggestions from the study have some limitations. But the teaching of algorithms and algorithms ideological infiltration problem is a new and challenging area of research, there are many issues to be resolved. For example, in the entrance of the baton role, thinking how the algorithm is examined and evaluated. Algorithm thought reflects the real-world problem into a mathematical problem thinking process, Algorithm thought as an important mathematical idea, hope to have more people paying attention and participate.
