The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, and social development puts forward higher requirements to the quality of workers, the"accept-form"of education before has been unable to meet the needs of social development . Therefore, the reform of basic education is urgent.The reform of elementary course is the core of the reform of basic education. In 2001 and 2003, China issued Full-time compulsory education of Russian Curriculum Standards and High school curriculum standards of Russian, which has made the basic education of Russian enter the stage of all-around reformation.In order to inspect the process of elementary course reform, we determine to choose the teaching strategies of teachers as the starting point, by investigating the current situation of the teaching strategy applications of high school teachers,and analysing the "New Curriculum Standard", we could find out whether the current teaching of Russian is fully implementing the conception of Russian Curriculum Standards.Here we choose lingual knowledge and lingual skills as the subject to investigate teaching strategies of high school teachers, through classroom observation…etc, and utilising the conclusion of scientfic research,we could provide references for Russian teaching practice, and propose feedback information to the in-depth reformation of base education. This arcticle is organised by 4 sections:The first section shows the theoretical principle of current Russian teaching strategies in high school.In the international context and social context of basic education curriculum reform , According to the main conception of Russian curriculum standards , and from the Russian curriculum objectives, content standards, teaching suggestions and evaluation recommendations, we summarize the macro-theoretical basis of teachers'teaching strategies ; and in accordance with The learning strategy objectives of Russian Course , we deduced the specific theory of teaching strategies.The second section gives the precise defines to the teaching strategies of Russian, and conformed teacher's teaching strategies from the "New Curriculum Standard" . Papers on the teaching strategies, foreign language teaching strategies and teaching strategies in Russian studies were elaborated on the basis of this concept to define. And according to the philosophy oft he "New Curriculum Standard",we determined the teachin strategies in lingual knowledge and lingual skills. The third section dissgussed and analyzed the currunt situation of the teaching strategy applications. This section describes the research methods and programming of the arctile; Finding out the currunt situation of the teaching strategy applications, by analyzing data and results from the research; and taking advantage of softwares like EXCEL and SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Sciences) we could conduct scientific anaylsis to the data we got,and finally give the main shape of the current situation of application of teaching strategy.The fourth section provids the conclusions of our research and our recommendations. Here we focus on the conclusions from the anaylsis of section 3, and finally we provids feedback information to the reformation of base education , and references to Russian teaching practice.
