Entered in twenty-first Century, the comprehensive national strength of allcountries in the world by the political, economic, military, science and technology,education and other aspects of composition of the increasingly fierce competition,science and technology is also in rapid development. Competition of comprehensivenational power is essentially talent foster culture, continue to explore more reasonablepersonnel training mode. In this context, countries have started to reform the basiceducation curriculum of the tide, in view of its basic national conditions, have putforward the new educational goal, the formulation of new curriculum standard,compiling new textbooks, teaching material establishment and prepared to become thecore of the basic education reform content.[1]In the contemporary world, Russia’s education should be developed. Over the past100years, Russia has made brilliant achievements in education, train a large number ofscientists, formed a unique education system. Among them, Russia will be the reform ofbasic education as a key course reform. In the100years to twentieth Century, Russiacontinued reform of the basic education curriculum, perfect system. The Soviet Unionupheaval, Russia for each field of the society turn the world upside down change, which,on the competition, is the citizen quality competition. High quality talents with goodscientific literacy and the ability to create is a necessary condition for the rapiddevelopment of knowledge economy and information technology. Since90’s in lastcentury, countries in order to improve the comprehensive national strength, to adapt tothe needs of the talents of high speed development of science and technology and themodern society, the revised attaches great importance to the reform of basic educationand citizen science education system continuously extended to basic education,curriculum and textbooks, especially since2000and the reform of many times. Amongthem, the2004curriculum reform has the rich connotation, compared with China’scurrent reform of the new curriculum is in time, the connotation, the management ofgreat value and significance.[2]Many foreign countries have carried out nearly20years exploration of curriculumreform, the experiences and lessons obtained achievements, can be used for our reference in the course of education reform. Through the analysis of the comparativestudy of the materials, we can broaden our horizons, increase knowledge, deepenunderstanding, to other countries and chemical education in China learn from each other,promoting reform and development in the middle school chemistry teaching material inchina. Therefore, this paper chose "analysis" of Russia’s eight grade chemistry teachingas the research subject, through systematic analysis of the Russian elite junior highschool chemistry textbook, comparative study, looking for compiling Chinese chemicalcurriculum reform in the beneficial enlightenment and guidance of experience.[1]This paper has three parts of research:The first part, through literature review to understand both at home and abroad forthe study and analysis of the teaching materials, the important role and significance ofanalytical chemistry textbooks. Current situation and research related to the significance,contents and methods of research.Through the second part of Russia’s eight grade chemistry textbook, textbookcontent and structure characteristics of textbooks and other aspects of the introduction,to deepen understanding of nature of chemical education and function in chemistrytextbooks, explore how to better achieve the objectives of the new curriculumrequirements, absorbing foreign series advantages of writing textbook, for middleschool chemistry curriculum, China some reference and valuable suggestions fortextbook reform, policymakers revised, write to provide successful experience andchange according to the middle school chemistry textbook better.The third part analysis of Russia’s eight grade chemistry textbook, from theanalysis of the main features of textbook structure, content, compilation, analysis offoreign textbooks, reference to foreign textbooks and successful experience, to providesome enlightenment for the preparation of middle school chemistry teaching material inchina.The fourth part is the analysis of the main features of Russian grade eightchemistry textbook writing, on our textbooks to provide more meaningfulrecommendations, write perfect our country chemical materials, improve thecomprehensive quality of students in china. Continue to enhance China’s comprehensivenational strength,"junior strong Guoqiang", to education, to achieve national prosperity.
