In recent years, with the social changing and education reforming, secondary school teachers will face increasingly social pressure. They are gradually becoming a high-pressure group, being invaded by job burnout, resulting in lower job performance and harm to students. For this reason, students, parents and social put more and more concern and attention to the job burnout of secondary school teachers. In this paper, I discuss and analyze the issue of job burnout and personality in details on the overall secondary school teachers and different groups of teachers. Furthermore, I study the interrelation of job burnout and personality. Theoretically and practically, it would be a good reference to select and train secondary school teachers.The study'results are as follows:In general, job burnout is not very serious, but 30% of the teachers is the more serious state; Junior secondary school teachers sample Eysenck Personality characteristics is low extraversion, high neuroticism; The result of regression analysis demonstrates that different personalities have different level of predictability for job burnout.For different groups, there is great difference between male and female teachers in the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization dimensions; there is great difference among different grades of secondary school teachers in the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization dimensions; there is great difference between among different courses of secondary school teachers in the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization dimensions; in Eysenck's "Big Three" personality characteristic, male and female teachers have different psychoticism levels, there is great difference in neuroticism-stability among different grades teachers and among different courses; The result of regression analysis demonstrates that different combinations of personality, demographic and job factors have different level of predictability for job burnout.
