Education is not only related to the fate of a country, but also to the future of our country. For such a large agricultural nation, the rural education in china is very important. The development of rural education related to a high quality of rural teacher in the countryside. It is urgent to enhance the construction of rural teacher troops. State and local government pay more attention to the construction of teachers'team. Teacher's training to improve the quality of teachers in rural has become an important way. Curriculum development as the guarantee of the quality of teacher's training is one of the key factors gets more and more attention.This article mainly discuss the rural teacher's training curriculum development,"shanghai new rural teacher's professional development training project"as an example to analyze the process of the curriculum development. On the basis of investment and interview, compared with the existing research to know the worth studying. Based on the curriculum theory, such as philosophy,psychology and sociology. I try to analyze the problem for three aspects as follows: First, the curriculum development's overall design, from course view,establish the investigation,decomposition of curriculum objectives and establish curriculum content and teachers. Establish the investigation and the proportion of the teachers group is the key. Secondly, analyze the judge of the curriculum,implementation and evaluation. The paper analyze the grade evaluation,classification of the training,remote training and the way to trainers training. Thirdly, analyze the curriculum development process and the mechanism. And analyze the government,the rural teachers training institute and the university provide service for the rural teacher's training.Article also reflects some problems, such as: curriculum resource development,trainers'work and combined the short-term training and the long-term planning. The paper also reflects some doubtful issues: how to make the investigation of rural teachers? Is the curriculum of four parts scientific? The feasibility of establish the trainer team and so on. The questions are worthy of further research in the future and to pay more attention.
