After the reform and opening up, China has achieved rapid development of higher education, colleges and universities are also increasingly fierce competition between. College non-teaching staff as an important part of university faculty in the university reform, the development process of playing a role can not be ignored. In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of non-teaching staff to maximize their creativity, this paper university non-teaching staff as a research object, research designed to build and improve the existing incentive mechanism to provide a basis for school and then lay a good foundation for sustainable development.In this paper, one university in Beijing, for example, through the analysis of domestic and international overview of motivation theory, put forward the urgent need to study and solve problems. In this paper, theoretical summary, questionnaire surveys and individual interviews and other methods, to a Beijing university non-teaching staff undertake a situation analysis of incentives; to the needs of non-teaching staff hierarchy and different segments of the non-teaching staff in the needs of the differences in the analysis; for material incentives, spiritual motivation, incentives and other policy incentives and the environment of different incentives in different segments of the non-teaching staff in the role were analyzed. Through the above analysis, the use of incentive theory, drawing on existing research, theory with practice, on how to create incentives for college non-teaching staff are explored, proposed the establishment of incentives for university non-teaching staff of the countermeasures and proposals.
