In 2000,chen zhili in the national information technology education in primary and secondary schools working meeting proposed that we should strive to promote the integration of information technology and other subjects' teaching. The concept of the curriculum integration was submitted for the first time. This led to the rush of the national integration of information technology and curriculum. The integration of information technology and curriculum has become the hot spots of primary and secondary schools' information technology education.At the same time, in 2001, the outline of reform of basic education curriculum mentioned that we vigorously promote the universal application of information technology in teaching process and accelerate the integration of information technology and curriculum, and gradually realize the change of the presentation of teaching content, the learning methods of students ,the teaching methods of teachers and the way of teacher-student interaction. In order to supply a colorful educational environment and powerful learning tools for students learning and development We should give full play to the advantages of information technology .It can be seen that the reform of curriculum pay attention to the application of information technology in the teaching and promote the reform of curriculum and regulate the system , structure and content of curriculum of basic education by the integration of information technology and curriculum and build a new system of basic education curriculum according with the quality education.With the implementation of the new curriculum standards and the further intensify of reform of teaching, the information technology will become the breakthrough of the implementation of new curriculum. The integration of information technology and curriculum as the important way of improving effectively the efficiency of classroom teaching is an important guarantee for the full implementation of new curriculum reform. Teachers as the executor of the integration of information technology and curriculum become the core and the most active factor and their attitude toward integration and the ability to the implementation of integration determine the effectiveness of the new curriculum and the possibility of sustainable development. Therefore, this study under the new curriculum standards which its research object is the school teachers in Xi'an make mainly use of the method of questionnaire survey and discuss the current situation of teachers in information technology into their teaching and analyze the issues of the current situation and propose the solution to vigorously promote the process of new curriculum reform. The main purpose of this study is as follows: Chapter one, it elaborates the background and the research significance of the study.Chapter two, it elaborates the domestic and foreign research outline about the integration of information technology and curriculum.Chapter three, it mainly introduces the theoretical basis of this study, including teaching-based teaching theory, learning-based teaching theory ,domination-subject teaching theory and the theory of multiple intelligences.Chapter four, it submits research issue, confirms the research object and research methods and narrates the design process of research. The study mainly adopts the literature study, questionnaire survey and content analysis and so on. The design of the questionnaire consists of two parts. The first part is to invest the current situation of integration for teachers. The second part is to invest the factors of affecting the ability of teachers' integration.Chapter five, it statistics and analyzes the results of the survey and expounds the results of the analysis. This study analyzes the current situation of integration about teachers from three aspects. The first aspect is the cognition of integration. The second aspect is the design of integration. The third aspect is the practice of integration. It analyzes the factors which affect the effectiveness of integration about teachers from both aspects of the external factors and personal factors.Chapter six, in accordance with the results of data analysis, it comes to the conclusion. The current situation of integration: first, the teachers' cognition of integration will be further improved. Second, the teachers' ability of design of integration is still low level. Third, the teachers' capacity of practice of integration will be further strengthened. The aspect of influence factors: First, the school informational environment influences the effectiveness of the integration of information technology and curriculum. Second, the teachers' personal factors restrict the effectiveness of the integration of information technology and curriculum. Third, the attitude and system of school restricts the sustainable development of the integration of information technology and curriculum. Forth, the learning-oriented cultural is the inherent power of the informational development of school education. Firth, the shadow of examination-oriented education in school hampers the implementation of the integration of information technology and curriculum. In the end, it proposes the measures and recommendations.
