| With the investigation of the information technique application, training and its expectation, this paper analyzes some questions which are the application and training of information technology, and proposes some pertinent countermeasure when the middle school teachers are trained.Through the questionnaire survey, detailed study, author discovers some questions which are as follows: the cognition degree of information technology of teachers is not high and the level of information technology is low, the application circumstance is imperfect, and so on. However, there exist some problems during the training process, such as small training strength, heavy training fee and strict collision between their work and training. Moreover, there are distinct gap between the government and teachers based on the training contents, education ways, examinations, and schedules, and the educational administration department and the school who do not reach good degree of understanding and management with the information technology training.This article proposes some countermeasures of solving information training based on the careful analysis. The countermeasures are as follows: enhancing the understanding of the government and the educational administration leadership to the information technology, transforming their conception to the information technology training; perfecting the information training system of middle school teachers from two aspects which are organization and system, using the method which the centralism out of production training and collated and corrected training are combined, increases the training strength; introducing Intel Teach to the Future pattern so that enhances the training effect. |
