| Under the background of educational informationization,information technology is welcomed by teachers because of its powerful advantages.At present,information technology has been widely used in primary schools ' classroom.In teaching,the correct application of information technology by teachers can not only stimulate students ' interest in learning,expand their knowledge,but also enrich teaching resources,improve teachers ' teaching methods and improve teaching efficiency.However,in the teaching practice,the present situation of teachers ' application of information technology is not optimistic,and there are still many problems.In order to understand the current situation of the application of information technology in primary school teachers,this paper takes Zhengzhou S primary School as an example,through the questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods,to investigate the status quo of application of information technology in primary school teachers from the awareness of application,behavior of application,effect of application.It is found that there are several problems in the application of information technology in primary school teachers: insufficient understanding of the orientation and application value of information technology,unclear purpose of application in information technology,abuse of information technology,single way of applying information technology,neglect the students ' learning feelings.The main reasons for these problems are teachers lack of correct application concept of information technology,the bondage of teachers ' examination-oriented education,the lack of targeted traditional information technology training,and the shortage of teachers ' assessment and incentive mechanism in schools.In view of the above problems and reasons,this paper puts the following strategies mainly from the two aspects of teachers and schools: teachers should renew their ideas,fully understand the application value of information technology,establish a correct concept of applying information technology and take students as the main teaching ideas;and teachers should improve the teaching level of applying information technology,Optimizie the teaching design of information technology and improve the application mode of information technology.The school should attach importance to the school-based training of information technology,design the training content hierarchically,construct the diversified training model,arrange the training time reasonably;besides,the school should perfect the management system,set up the institutions dedicated to the Informationization teaching work,improve the relevant evaluation system of teachers,and perfect information technology incentive mechanism. |
