With the advent of the information society, information has become a measure of the level of a country's modernization level and an important indicator of overall national strength. Revising the quality of information, training information technology professionals, information-based national construction. Education and information-based national information technology is an important foundation for the building of the information society. Therefore, developing information technology education research to guide and promote the process of educational information in the present has very important practical significance.Education of the main features of information technology in the education process is widely used in multimedia and network communication computer-based information technology, digital technology in education, and multimedia, networking and intelligent. The goal of education and information is to achieve a new form of education - information technology education, such education has a multi-media teaching materials, resources, globalization, personalized teaching, learning self-reliance, co-operative tasks, the environment virtualization, management and automation features significantly.In order to compare the text in the comprehensive understanding of the status of modernization of school education, we made a survey of some primary and secondary schools. It includes information on the basic situation of schools, teachers, the status information literacy, information technology applications in teaching, information technology, and research applications, the impact of the application of information technology factors. From the analysis of large amounts of data, We found that primary and secondary education information the process had lots of problems, There are: 1. For education deep enough understanding of information technology 2.The communication of each school did not play the effectiveness. 3. Learning resources and software construction lag. 4. Information technology skills training re-light can't be used in our lives. 5. The information teachers need to improve the teaching ability. 6. Application of information technology does not pay enough attention. The city made in accordance with the actual concrete solutions. They are: First, raising awareness, changing concepts. Second, revising the hardware environment and equipment utilization. The third, the plans to build a regional database of teaching resources. The forth, exploring new training model to improve the capacity of teachers teaching in information technology. The fifth, increasing research efforts, and promoting the development of information technology education. The sixth is to play the provincial experimental school of modern educational technology demonstration effect. The seventh, we should pay more attention to the important work of the headmasters in the information technology.
