"nanjing Minors Ideological And Moral Condition Monitoring Project" The Planning, Implementation And Evaluation Of Research

With economic development and social progress of Nanjing, the task and content of ideological and moral education on juveniles has changed. There are some new problems that "juveniles' issues" have emerged in some places. The indicator system and monitoring tools for ideological and moral assessment need to be improved. Based on investigation on Nanjing juveniles ideological and moral monitoring construction which was carried out during March to June in 2008, combining with the research and practice in the field of juveniles ideological and moral monitoring, a new design of the monitoring project for Nanjing juveniles ideological and moral situation research was put forward.Firstly, based on the review of studies on ideological and moral construction and development of studies on monitoring the ideological and moral status home and abroad, the objectives and the main issues of this dissertation were given.Then, related theories in the field of project management were introduced and a detailed feasibility and necessrity analysis of the monitoring project of Nanjing juveniles' ideological and moral situation was carried out.Finally, on the basis of analyzing the characters of ideological and moral monitoring project, a organization plan, which included the organization structure and layout of the space settings for the monitoring project of Nanjing juveniles ideological and moral situation, was put forward; a design of control mechanisms for the monitoring project including the basic principles of implementation, the method and procedure of monitoring, pre-warning mechanisms, was proved; and also a post-evaluation for monitoring project including the basic ideas of evaluation, evaluation guidelines, evaluation indexes, design of weight of indexes was studied in detail.
