In 1994, the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Education, the CYL Central Committee carried out joint activities about college students as volunteers to assist rural areas in three fields on summer holiday, which are culture, science and technology, and health . It annually organized nearly 10, 000 volunteer college students to rural areas and the affected areas. With their rich knowledge, the volunteers supplied diverse forms of services on the three field. Among them, Activities for improving the culture of rural areas and Illiteracy eliminating can be seen as the beginning of large-scale university students giving support service of education in China.Since the 1990s, with the education problem of migrant workers' children increasing, schools specially for the migrant workers' children appeared in large cities. Which then came as a new area for volunteer college students supporting education. Since, 2003 the plan of university students as volunteers to serve the west of China , and in 2005, in teaching in rural areas, supporting agriculture, medical and anti-poverty work, then the schools for the migrant workers' children was generally becoming the main part for volunteer college students. More and more universities and students' organization had students use after-school carrying out teaching activities to care about children and improve the education situation of the migrant workers' childrenSince 1997, CHENXI OF Capital Normal University, A students organization has gone for ten years as the first agency to participate in supporting education in schools for the migrant workers' children . during which students have made great achievements of teaching, but also have a lot of the problems that will not only affect the further development of supporting education, also have a number of negative impact on schools for the migrant workers' children. Therefore, how to solve these problems and enhance the effectiveness of supporting education, have become an urgent task at this stage.
