Study Of Scientific Methods Of Education In High School Chemistry Course

Science methods education play more and more important role in promoting Quality Education. It is beneficial to help the students experience and understand the process of chemistry scientific research,cultivate permanent learning ability,and form their innovation spirits and practice abilities. So research on chemistry science methods teaching has become the hotspot in chemistry education reformation at present.This paper discusses what is chemistry science methods,analyze the characteristic and merit of chemistry scientific methods, classify science methods in chemistry. And expound common chemistry scientific methods and the education demand in high school chemistry curriculum. The writer uses reference analysis,questionnaire investigation,sample analysis and think-aloud method etc to study the using of chemistry scientific methods among high school students' under the chemistry education reformation back ground:Analyze the Chemical Curriculum Standard and Chemical Textbooks for High School,and study on the chemistry science methods education on chemistry curriculum;Study the current situation of the high school students' chemical scientific methods learning through investigating the application of chemical scientific methods in the process of the students' solving chemical problem,analyze the features of the students' chemical scientific methods learning,and the factors influence the education of chemical scientific methods in high school. On the above research ,the writer proposes five principles to follow in chemistry scientific methods teaching:permeate principle,gradualness principle,students-oriented and activity principle and application principle. Aiming at making the high school chemistry education with scientific methods more concrete, systemize and easier to implement,the writer finally advances the basic way to implement the education of chemistry scientific methods in the high school. The results of our study show:1. Characteristics of chemistry science methods education on chemistry curriculum show:(1) Chemistry scientific methods learning has close connection with chemistry knowledge learning.(2) Learn chemistry scientific methods by experience the process of chemistry scientific cognition.(3) Learn chemistry scientific methods via participating in scientific exploring activity, especially the exploration of chemistry experiment ,and devolop the students' scientific literacy.(4) Apply the chemistry scientific methods in solving the chemistry problem.2. Research on the current situation of the high school students' chemical shows:(1) The high school students' using of chemistry scientific methods at middling level.(2) There are positive relativity between chemistry scientific methods and comprehensive ability, and ingredient within chemistry scientific methods are related to a certain degree.(3) Level of the high school students' using of chemistry scientific methods is obviously associated with chemistry subject achievement.(4) There are great difference between different kinds of school in level of the high school students' chemistry scientific methods.3.
