Influence Of Family Support On Family-Work Enrichment

During the latter half of the last century, with the rise of worldwide third industrial revolution, economic and social conditions of many countries have undergone a huge change, pace of everyone’s life was accelerated. Psychologic topics which concerns and explore the changing relationship between work and family that influence on the individual or group has gradually prospered too. In the past thirty years, the research form work-family conflict to work-family facilitation and work-family balance got deeper and in its entirety, especially the family-work enrichment(FWE) and the work-family enrichment(WFE) are very attractive for researchers, its positive effect to individual and both of his/her work-organization and family is being uncovered.But for now, researchs about mechanism of FWE and WFE are not enough, exploring work on antecedent variables of above two are far less than which on outcome variables(WFB, life satisfaction,work satisfaction etc), also,there are short of methods to predict and intervene WFE and FWE. In21st century, Boundary theory comes out and got a fast development, giving us a new angle of view, at the same time, China goes to a freeway since joining WTO, people have to pour more time and energy into work affairs to get better income, the bigger city is,the more these will happen. In this topic, we hope explore whether and how the Family Support influence FWE by family-flexibility-ability(FFA) acting a mediating role, base on the consideration that Family-Support is a variables that easy to change and operate.To achieve this goal,we did following three specific researchs:Research one, questionnaire,we use family support scale and FEW scale, and select more than290employees come from Shanghai to take part in this research, each of them has at least one child under18years old. Doing this research aim to find whether any correlation exist between Family support and FWE, Multiple stepwise regression analysis result showed that the correlation does exists, Family support can significantly anticipate the level of FWE.Research two, questionnaire,we use family support scale and FFA scale, and testee are the same of Research one. Doing this research aim to find whether any correlation exist between Family support and FFA, Multiple stepwise regression analysis result showed that the correlation does exists, Family support can significantly anticipate the level of FFA.Research three, questionnaire,we use FFA scale and FWE scale, and testee are the same of Research one. Doing this research aim to find whether any correlation exist between FFA and FWE, Multiple stepwise regression analysis result showed that the correlation does exists, FFA can significantly anticipate the level of FWE.Research four, analysis the results of three researchs above, find whether any mediation of FFA between family support and FWE, we find there is a partial mediation of FFA.Finally, the study suggests that family support is a valuable way to adjust or anticipate FWE easily.we also discussed the limitations of the present research,...
