Migrant Children Education Fair Study

The floating children appeared as a result of urbanization of the country, the special residencial system and the huge difference between city and villige caused great difficulty to their education, and it is the biggest difficulty in the field of educational justice. What kind of difficulty? What are the reason of such difficulties? How to solve those problems? These questions are highly conerned by many scholars in the country.
