The Education Problems Of Migrant Children In China Study

With the appearance of floating population, the education of children in floating population becomes an important problem and the focus of the whole society as well. On the concept of children of floating population, the academic circles still only regard floating children as the children of floating population, ignoring rear children and the education of rear children. This trend makes it impossible for us to completely recognize the education problem of children of floating population, and to study it deeply. At the same time, there is a phenomenon on the research of these problems, that is, they take school education into consideration, but ignore family education and social education. It is very important for us to solve the children educational problem of floating population, and we should completely investigate into their school education, family education and social education from floating children and rear children.In light of these reasons, the author applies the socialization theory to expound the causes, the current status and the influence of floating population; after that, the author analyzes the current status and the problems of school education, family education and social education from the perspectives of floating children and rear children; then, the author lays out the causes of the problems, including the unreasonable arrangement of household registration system, the unbalanced configuration of educational resource, the inaccurate management of the government, and the slow comprehension of the school and the less updated conception of the parents.Finally, the author offers the solutions corresponding to those problems. Theoretically, the author emphasizes that these problems should be solved completely in a macroscopic way, and that the teamwork of the influx government and the effusion government is of significance. As to the countermeasure, the author thinks that the concerted efforts of society, the government and the parents of the floating children should be made to solve the problems. The present study points out that the government is the key to solve the problems of the floating children, and that the social strength and the parents of the floating children should cooperate with the government action.
