With our country's economic developing rapidly, the reform and opening up deepening, and the industrialization and urbanization speeding increasingly, a large number of surplus rural labor flooded into cities, which formed a floating population force. With China's migrant population "family" trend growing,more preschoolers who followed parents flooded into cities and has become quite a number of groups, so their education problem has also caused for concern.The research status starts with current education situation of floating children in Chongqing city. This study takes literature method; questionnaire and interviews and observation to survey environments, conditions, education contents and methods of floating children's family and institution education. Then the research status try to analyze the factors of influencing of current education situation of floating children. And based on this, the writer try to puts forward some corresponding suggestions and counter measures to provide certain reference in promoting education of floating children.Research shows that:in family education, the floating children education has following problems:first, family learning environment is relatively poor; Second, education content isn't abundant enough. Third, family education means isn't abundant enough. In institutions education, there are the following issues:first, most floating children study in the private gardens which have poor conditions. In the gardens, not only facilities isn't perfect, but also materials is deficient. Second, private garden teachers strength is bad. not only teachers'degree is low, but also without professional title teachers are more; Third, private garden education curriculum and teaching quality is poorer. With the above problems analyzing, we found the following factors:parents economic income and parents'quality is the major influence factor of the floating children family education quality. The household registration system and education fairness issues are the major influence factor of the floating children institutions education.The research put forward corresponding suggestions and counter measures to promote the education of the floating children from family, school and the government aspect. There are two big countermeasures for the family education of the floating children:One is to improve education environment, and to change the parents' education view. The other is to strengthen cooperation between garden and family, and to help parents to promote family education quality and level. The are three big countermeasures for the school education of the floating children. One is to expand public kindergarten scale, and formulate rational and scientific admission standards so that flow children also enjoy the same education; Second, the government should invest more money to support the private gardens to develop. The private gardens should be conducted by the government. And try to reduce the difference between the public and private gardens. Third, we should strengthen teachers'training, unified manage courses, and check on the teaching quality carefully; Fourth,try to shift teachers'education ideas, and builds harmonious warm school environment for the children.
