The development of information technology, focusing on computer technology, network technology and communication technology, brings about these profound changes not only in acquisition, dissemination and application of human, knowledge and information but also learning patterns and teaching models."Any new learning theories, ideas to a large extent depend on technical support; learnig is the promotion of the process founded on technical support and effective service mechanism". Essentially, learning is the process of problem-solving.With the continuous development and improvement of Problem-based Learning research, technological progress and the pursuit for learning efficiency, people call for the emergence of learning technologies, and technology support to Problem-based Learning.This article absorbs the harvest of psychological research at home and abroad on problem-solving, analyses domestic and foreign technology-based researches and cases in term of technical support, and discusses technology value in problem-solving learning, also try to construct technical support system to problem-solving learning, focusing on"Problem-solving Learning Cycle",based on cognitivism and constructivism, and integrates it into technology-based problem-solving instructional design. Thus, the main contents of this thesis are:First, casts back the development situation of Problem-solving Learning research, organizes and sorts out researches relating to problem-solving learning at home and abroad, defines basic concepts about problem-solving learning to extract the understanding of the essence of problem-solving learning in order to provide the basis logical point for the follow-up technical support research.Second, discusses the important factor-technology in problem-solving learning.Through questioning on the essence of technology from the perspective of Philosoph, the thesis discusses the the relationship between technology and learning, explores technology role in learning, accordingly puts forward the value of technical support to problem-solving learning. Learning from the new learning and technology concepts, it summarizes the current problem-solving learning patterns based on technical and analyzes and sums up the points in problem-solving learning to be supported by technology namely: from the vertical point of view, there mainly are the problem background, information search, problem analysis and disposal, problem summary and result presentation; from the horizontal point of view, the first is to build a personal learning environment to support the representation, structure, modeling, visual thinking of the personal knowledge, at the same time to build a collective learning environment to support knowledge sharing, collaboration and communication.Third, based on the cognitivism and constructivism, proposes the"integration","co-construction","extensibility"as the three pillars of the the concept of"problem-solving learning technical support system",borrowing from the views and methods of grounded design, elaborates the design method about problem-solving learning technical support system on the macro view,meso view and micro view.On this basis, further addresses the design process mainly including the "problem" analysis and situation creation, learning and cognitive activity design of Problem-solving Learning Cycle and the design of cognitive-support tools.Fourth, takes"axisymmetry"in math as a case, elaborates the contents followed: related connotation of"axisymmetry"analysis, the problem design, learnig diagnosis and solution strategies, essential learning design and so on, then puts technology-based problem-solving learning into the practical instructional design, and reflects on the previous study from the level of teaching practice.
