The result indicates that the reliability and validity of the scale achieve the psychometric criterion. The scale could be applied to the teaching performance evaluation about college teacher. The second study relates to the application of 360-degree feedback. Leaders' evaluation results are inferior to others significantly on the. third and four factors. The third study introduces quantification measurement method which uses the analytic hierarchy process to define measurement target and the weight of various groups of valuators, is built under the basis as 360-degree feedback performance measurement. It can deal the performance measurement result quantificational. The study reveals that teaching attitude and teaching skill factors weight 39%, more than the other two in "the scale of teaching performance assessment about college teacher".
